My daugter's ENT doctor recommended it to me one day while in his office I had to use my Afrin. He instructed me on a method to wean myself off Afrin and gave me several sample bottles on RhinCort Aqua. Within about a month's time I was off my Afrin (OTC nasal spray that is very addictive and I had been using daily for as long as I can remember) and using 1-2 sprays of RhinoCort Aqua. I have no...

I have a chronically blocked nose due to swelling, I believe it is vasomotor rhinitis. My only symptom is a blocked nose on both sides making it impossible to breath well and associated dizziness from blocked sinus. I have used this and every nasal steroid without relief. I am lost how so many have terrible allergies and sinus and see help, I get no help from this or any nasal sprays. I have tried nasal antihistamines also, zero help. The only relief I get is when I use oral decongestants or nasal spray decongestants both of which are not good for you. Lost for answers anymore. Read More Read Less

I have used the other product, the Rhinocort aerosol meter dose spray canisters. That was THE best product. The "Aqua" version of this product didn't do a thing for me! I did cause my sinuses to run more. That's about it.

The Rhinocort AQ works wonders for me! I began taking it when it was prescribed for a sore throat/head and nasal congestion/post-nasal drip illness and experienced relief within 48 hours!

The only problem now is that RhinoCort Aqua is not covered by part D medicare and it's $130.00/bottleRead More Read Less
