anxeity,insomnia,restless legs,cant seem to get comfortable,still having nerve pain,knife in shoulder blade..

only been on for a day, pain still there if not worse just too loopy to really know if i give a s**t. doctor told me to stay on for a few more days to get real effect of medication. god i hope this stuff works, this sucks

I experienced significant anxiety, muscle twitching, and insomnia; seems kinda strange since this is a muscle relaxant!

Enables me to get a better sleep, as it reduces my neck and shoulder pain. I have not experienced any side effects from use of this medication.

It is the only drug that works for my muscle pain and spasms!

I actually prefer this medication over Flexeril. It isn't supposed to have all of the side effects that Flexeril does, however, Skelaxin still makes me sleepy.

I had extreme stomach aches, and a hard time sleeping while taking this medicine.

I experienced the worst, most vivid nightmares, that were realistic. Woke up screaming one night, the dream was so bad. I had no relief of my back pain. NONE! I heard such good reviews of this medication. I am not impressed.

This is great for fibromyalgia pain and sleep problems. For the first time in 10 years, I wake up refreshed, pain-free, and ready for the day. Unlike Flexeril which knocked me out and made me groggy the next day, this didn't make me at all tired. I look forward to trying it during the daytime.

Took a whole tab - 800 mg. Did not help at all even with heating pad alternating cold/hot. Had to wait 6 hours before taking something else.

DID NOT WORK FOR ME. MY MUSCLE SPASMS SEEM TO GET WORSE

This medication was very effective at easing my back spasms and allowing me to sleep. I did experience stomach aches, nausea, and minor anxiety. As my back pain lessened, I decided to stop taking Skelaxin because the side effects became more painful than my back.

I was prescirbed skelaxin for the pain and stiffness in my back in which it did nothing to help, it seemed to make it worse by increasing the pain tenfold for several hours after taking it.

stomach problems and dizziness!

had a muscle spasm and was prescribed this medicine 3 times daily. I had the dizziness and drowsiness, but not too bad. The thing i found was that i could not be out in direct sunlight for more then an hour at a time while on this medicine. Other then that, worked great!

Fibromyalgia pain has improved without any side effects. I've only taken it for 4 weeks. I take 800mg 2 times a day

Tension headaches were keeping me from working and this medicine worked perfectly. After the 2nd dose I had no more headaches!! It didn't make me tired or loopy like some other muscle relaxers...I couldn't tell I'd taken any thing except that my massive headaches went away.

Anti-inflammatory drug and heat worked more effectively. I have had a muscle spasm in my back for 4 days now. I can get around carefully now but still feel the knot.
