I used this for an acute onset of nasal congestion. It worked very well and allowed me to sleep at night. I used this per instruction and stopped using it after 7 days. This medication can cause you to have rebound effects (recurrence of congestion) if used longer.

The only thing that works for me. No side effects. Would take it every day, but it not recommend past 3 days.

i have had good experience with alfin. no side effects, good results.

I started using Afrin when I was congested & it worked at first, but now I'm having to use it more often and my sense of smell seems like it has decreased. I'm also experiencing more congestion, headaches and sinus sensitivity. I wouldn't recommend using it at all.

Never ever used any tpye of nasal spray before, tried Afrin. Now the congestion is gone and so is my sence of smell. I can't smell anything, it's been over two weeks now.

It makes me have headaches stuffed up nose more then I did and makes me have mood swings

I am now addicted to this medicine and i have been for about a year, trust me you would rather be stuffy for a week rather than forever!! I would never recommend this product!

I have been using one spray every night for about 30 days. It works great but lately I have been stuffy most of the day and have started having headaces.
