This product relaxed my shoulder muscles, which is what I wanted, but not without making me think it was going to burn my skin off and frantically trying to rinse it off of me. IF you're going to use this, do a patch test and apply very sparingly. But if you have the option, just use real heat and ice - much safer. I would not recommend this product - not worth the risk!

I used this on my knee last night (over 12 hours ago) and it felt like it was burning. Finally the burning stopped and I went to bed. At lunch today I put on my knee brace and the burning started all over again. There must have been some residue left on my skin that was reactivated when I tightened my brace. The worst part is I still have the original ach as well!
