Interesting how I read here where it says: do not touch the tip of the unit to the nostrils, and yet the directions on the unit say to insert the trip into the nostrils. A bit confusing don't you think?

i bought just a bottle of this, it didnt come in a box or anything, and it didnt have any other tips like the ones i saw online, i cant figure out how to use it like a netti pot or how to do anything but fill up my nostrils and let them soak with my head back, or spray it full force into my sinuses like a crimped hose cleaning a trash can, it does clean it out in there, but it is a more healthy version of drowning
