I was asked to take Acidophilus as a supplement to prevent yeast infections; I was getting them once every 2 months. Since taking the acidophilus, which has only been about 3 months, I havent had another yeast infection. One thing I will say is that if you are lactose intolerant, it can cause you to have more gas.

I have IBS (Irritable Bowel Syndrome) and since I just started taking these 3 days ago, I can tell its already working! I have LESS Gas, LESS Diarrhea feelings and cramping gut, and less irritation. So I will keep taking it!

I had a bad Sinus infection.Since takeing the drug to get me well they also sais i should take ACIDOPHILUS to prevent any yeast infection.. But I think it help Me to drop 10 lb's I feel great.

I drink a lot of beer and was constantly getting dehydrated, vomiting and diarrhea. My Doc prescribed this stuff and I haven't thrown up or had diarrhea ever since. I don't know how it worked but I love the fact that I haven't been sick since, and best of all I can keep drinking my beer.
