I had cracked, extremely dry skin, from a very bad skin infection contracted from one of my students. This had been going on for 16 months. I used the Aquaphor for two days and the results were unbelievable. I spent a small fortune over the past year trying any cream that promised healing, with no relief. I can't believe the free sample my dermatologist gave me, gave me almost instant relief.

After Post CO2 Laser on full face Aquaphor was recommended to me. I was told that minor swelling, and itching was part of the healing process. By day 4, I knew something was very wrong. Every time I applied product it made my skin crawl, itch and burn. I started taking Benadryl... then Claritin. By day 5, I called the physician and said I just can’t take it!!!! I went to Cetaphil moisturizer,...

My wound had finally dried up with the use of an aquacell product and it was feeling much better. The Dr. and his people had me use the Aquaphor product and it became extremely irritated, painful and redness increased and some scabs softened and fell off leaving painful unprotected raw skin just from using it for two days. Stopped using it and the whole area is almost acting like it was burned. Still painful 5 days later...

My lips were so dead. Like there was no coming back for them. I tried so many lip balms and NOTHING worked. Until I went bought Aquaphor. This lip balm saved my EXTREMELY dry lips in 2 days. I am SO SO SO happy with the purchase and the result. Once I run out, I will definitely be using it again and ONLY this lip balm. I am never letting any other lip balm besides Aquaphor touch my lips again!

OH MY GOD AQUAPHOR IS THE LITERAL BEST — I’m an expert on aquaphor, I know where to put it where not to put it … I’ve been using it for 8 years !! This thing is the literal best . Idk what y’all mean but you can’t put it under your eyes. It’s gonna make your face oily and wont afffect anything under. Your eyes. I know this because once I put it under my eyes and I cried Bc my face felt like trash Bc of it. That’s probably why y’all are giving it 1 star. Because your brainless. Idk why you guys are insulting aquaphor but AQUAPHOR IS THE BEST THING IN MY LIFE IT CHANGED EVERYTHUNG FOR ME IM SO MUCH MORE CONFIDENT AND I LOVE MY LIPS ALSO IF U PUT IT ON YOUR LIPS IT LOOKS LIKE A LIP GLOSS LIKE THATS 5 STAR WORTHYRead More Read Less

When I was younger I think 1st grade , I had an extremely bad lip rash . My whole Cupid’s bow and around my lips was covered with scratch marks because of the itchiness and it was pure red. I tried multiple lip balms, went to the nurse at school a lot , and one day I switched schools and when I went to the nurse they had AQUAPHOR . I tried it and it felt so good on my lips and my face. Every day my face was getting better and better after my mom bought aquaphor for me . About 2 months later it had been fully healed, and whenevr my lips are dry ( alot, and my face usually gets very tight when I wake up ) or when I wake up , I put aquaphor on my lips and eczema. This has also healed me eczema. I’m currently 12 and I’ve never stopped using aquaphor. My lips are healthy, and my eczema is gone. Me and my family love aquaphor and always have it everywhere at our house. All the bathrooms, all the bedrooms, and the living room. It might seem like I’m overreacting but I’m not, aquaphor has really changed everything for me. My mom asked me “ omg imagine if we didn’t have aquaphor, I’d go to the store and buy a bunch. “ and I thought , wow I wanna write a rating for aquaphor and my rating is much higher than 5 stars.Read More Read Less

I use this on my face at night to lock in my moisturizer after exfoliating and love it. Additionally, my french bulldog, Minnie Minaj, had 'vaginitis' from my misguided aunt cleaning her coochie with hydrogen peroxide. Nothing really helped for weeks to alleviate the rash, itching, and redness. However, last night, I applied Aquaphor to the outer bits of her lady parts and when we awoke this morning, her lady bits were almost completely healed. In short, this product works for me and my dog.

During the winter my sensitive skin gets dry, cracked, itchy, and red. I tried everything in an attempt to sooth the pain and nothing worked but this. Sooths the effected areas instantly.

Every time I applied product it made my skin crawl, itch and burn. I started taking Benadryl... then Claritin. By day 5, I called the physician and said I just can’t take it!!!! I went to Cetaphil moisturizer, and finally was able to sleep. I had numbness, tingling, severe edema, burning, and trapped heat from the procedure. I iced my face constantly every 2 hours to no avail. But wow what a difference the ice, cetaphil and sleep made. Read More Read Less

I use aquaphor for everything. Dry skin, tattoo healing, cuticles, scars, you name it. I tend not to like fancy perfumed and complicated lotions and moisturizers and prefer something whose ingredients are simple and make sense. Highly recommend.

I used milk and honey mixture and/or honey and aloe mixture for radiation treatment. Both worked well. I did use aquaphor after dr told me to. I now have irritation and redness where I did not have before. It made my skin dry, red and sore. Going back to my original treatment. My skin feels much better with the all natural, non-petroleum, non-alcohol based product.

In the first grade,my doctor told me to use this on my hands when they were severely dry to the point where they were cracked throughout. In the seventh grade, my doctor told me about it again for my eczema. It has done wonders in both cases. To this day, I still use it every night on my hands and lips. My only complaint is that it is very sticky and thick. Therefore, I only use it before sleeping.

Prescribed by plastic surgeon as post op treatment. Found it extremely soothing and easy to apply. During the weeks of treatment, an immense amount of the Aquaphor got into my hair, I find it impossible to wash out of my hair causing my hair to be sticky and oily. Have tried numerous combinations of products...ie. Dawn dish washing detergent, dawn and baking powder, plus regular shampoo, baby shampoo, combinations of sorts, and literally countless and exhaustive shampooing. Please...would you publish a safe solvent for the Aquaphor to use on hair. IAddendum: just talked to a rep from the company whose only recommendation was to use a clarifying shampoo! This information is simply not adequate! Surely a company this large can come up with a solution! Read More Read Less

The dermotologist told me to use Aquaphor on my face for chronic rash & swelling around eyes, nose and on my face. I religiously used it, but the rash continued to get worse, my eyes got puffy AND my face became very itchy. I stopped using it yesterday and today my face is 80% better! While it might work for some people, I probably am sensitive to it, so I will not use it again.
