I have suffered from chronic yeast infections, likely from OCP use and a course of vancomycin I took 3 years ago. Because Monistat burned in the past, I typically turned to tioconazole 1 day. i am currently pregnant and i just got this yeast infection dont think i have ever had one at least that i can remember, i bought this product that my dr told me to get and after i inserted the medication in after a few mins it started to burn and itch. i tried to clean it out and didnt get most of it but i wanted to know if the reason of why it burn was because it is killing the infection need so...

I am still not sure if it was the monistat but when i started using it i got hives and they were so bad, my doctor couldnt find out what it was....

i had a reaction to this medication so i only used it one night. i experienced severe burning/itching that woke me from a sound sleep. i had to get up and bathe to reduce the irritaion.

I used this medication and when I woke in the morning the medication was still there. It did not disolve. I thought I did something wrong but I followed the instructions.
