Using as a foot bath, 6 caps full per 1 1/2 qts of water soak for 10 minutes twice a day. It is somewhat soothing to pustular psoriasis, but doesn't not stop the spread of the problem.. using on both hands and feet. cannot flush the water down the toilet after the soak, not easy to get rid of the soak when done...
