The person at the health store said it would have an initial burning but would go away quickly. I didn't notice that at all. I expected it to be more effective for my sinus problem.

Nasol is mild enough not to burn your nose like some nasal inhalers. Doesn't seem to cause nosebleeds or any other side effect. Leaves your nose open and breathable. Highly recommend.
