They work GREAT. No side-effects.Do not apply on the exact same spot too often or can irritate skin. I buy them at Costco and the price difference as opposed to the drug chain stores is a big deal. I highly recommend.

Have used this product off and on for years however this time I put 4 of these patches on my back thinking it would cover all the area. This increased my back pain to the point of almost went to the hospital. DO NOT USE MORE THAN ONE PATCH THIS SHOULD BE ON WARNING. DO NOT USE MORE THAN 8 HRS IN ANY ONE DAY WARNING, AND DO NOT USE WITH ANY OTHER CREAM PAIN OINTMENTS. I ripped them all off called m...

Expensive. Not effective nor user friendly. In all instances Asorbine Jr gets 5+ stars! Don’t even bother with any other product.

How can the patch work IF IT WON'T STICK TO AREA APPLIED? I bought a box of these patches to try. They are a waste of money in my opinion. I applied to my ankles where I was having joint pain. They fell off within a half hour therefore the medication didn't have enough time to work. I ask again, how can the patch work if it doesn't stick?

Had back pain from yard work .. after two days tried a patch at 10 PM before bedtime .. woke up at 1 AM and 3 AM and couldn’t sleep .. woke up at 4:30 and face was partially numb from below the eyes, cheeks and nose area .. lips, under the nose and chin all swollen and look like someone stuck a vacuum hose on me. Never was one to read side effects or drug interactions for OTC products but will start now. Always made fun of drug commercials with their long disclaimer list. Guess I’m a believer now. Back feels better but now I have to worry about swelling:headache:breathing:vision:itchy skin. Product may be inexpensive to buy, but a doctor’s visit in my future just jacked up the total cost. Trying everything for brachioradial pruritis. Since I've used lidocaine before with some results, I thought a patch would provide relief longer. Maybe it would have if it stayed on. Somehow I don' t even think they even contain enough medication to work. Useless waste of money. My search for relief continues...

I used the roll on which had 0 to no help from any pain or discomfort. Anyone reading this try voltaren or bio freeze if looking for a topical solution that actually works.

I used Salonpas rollon with Lidocaine on my back and right shoulder. The next day, a terrible, red, burning rash developed that spread to my armpit. My armpit is numb and this terrible rash has not stopped burning! Avoid Salonpas rollon with Lidocaine! I am so miserable now with this rash!

Product works for the first few hours then it wears off. I developed a severe burn/rash to the product after using 2 or 3 of them. Had to go to the doctor to get Cortoderm cream. Very red and itchy rash. Won't use it again due to this servere skin rash.

It does help. Applying the patchs is difficult because they curl back on the sticky part. It would be nice if these had tab to peel back. Very hard to apply.

This product produced no heat and no relief. It wasn't that easy to apply and I believe their ad campaign to be a total mis representation of the facts.

My knees are bone on bone with some arthritic pain that changes with the weather. Salonpas definitely eases the pain. I just cannot keep them adhered well. Athletic tape is exceedingly temporary too. I could use some hints on applying them for use at night so that they stay on.

It eased the pain moderately, but after 36 hours left me with a super-itchy, scabby, bleeding rash that did not stop itching (or bleeding and scabbing) for 3 weeks. I will NEVER use this again! Advil is slightly less effective as far a pain relief, and does not make you itch and bleed.

The pads do not stay on and I don't get a lot of relief. I get more relief with drugstore brand roll on. Will not buy them again.

I wish I could upload a photo of my feet with the HUGE blisters that Salonpas caused. I ended up needing an open wound care doctor and several weeks of treatment! DON'T USE THIS PRODUCT!!!
