Always tired despite gymn work outs, low libido, erectile problems, muscle fatigue, Hurrible dreams if you miss one dose, nasty feelings with alcohol. On the better side, few visual problems.

If taken without food it can cause stomach upset. If you miss taking it for more than two days it can make your head feel funny.
