I have taken NEXIUM for 3 yrs. I was originally prescribed it following a bout of pseudomebranoues ulcerative colitis, which has since morphed into IBS. i did go off the nexium for a while but boy did I notice the differnce, so I went to the doctor and requested to get my Nexium back. The NEXIUM really seems to help with the excess gas, pressure and bloating. I can also eat fruit vegetable and so...

it was givien to me after having back surgery . and i was in a pretty good amount of pain so they gave it to me to help me sleep.

I drink powered iced tea and the heart burn is bad, I drink soda and no problem, I still keep the tums close.

It doesn't really help. Also, my insurance company doesn't pay for it, so I end up paying $63 to $68 for it. I'm on SSdisability, and it is indeed difficult.
