I took 2 pills of Kroger brand lactase made by Raritan Pharmaceuticals. I became violently ill with severe nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea lasting several hours. It was not due to the food because others ate the same meal without getting sick. Also, lactose intolerance never caused such severe symptoms. There are no warnings or side effects listed on the packaging.

I took this 1 pill before taking any kind of dairy and it put me in so much pain I was crying and that never happens to even when I take milk products with a pill does it hurt that bad but I try the pill again the next day it surely it made sick to my stomach , am telling you I was throwing up , so so nauseous and I have to leave work .

Took two pills and very soon after became very ill, painful stomach cramps, painful diarrhea, I got very shakey, clamy, and just completely miserable it was also not the meal or the drinks because others ate the same thing and were fine. Definitely were not lactose intolerance symptoms either. Do not try these
