my son is a patient that takes risperdal. He was not diagnosed with having ADHD or ADD he just seems to have fits of outrage and really bad temper tantrums. This drug is not good for people with depression or autism. I actually hallucinated while on this treatment, it did not help me think clearer I believe it made my condition worse. And I felt more paranoid than anything on this treatment

My daughter was admitted to the hospital for a very large ovarian tumor, she has Rett Syndrome, the doctor on call gave her a large dose of Risperadol, it paralyzed her for 24 hours and as a result her lungs collapsed, almost killing her. She was in intensive care for 12 days before we decided enough was enough and took her home. She is now doing well.

The only problem w/this medication is it made me too tired to function, even cut into quarters, and the effect didn't wear off. However, I've been on just about everything else w/no luck. This saved me. I think anyone out there that needs help sould try it! Good luck!!!!!!!!
