I am a 58 year old Licensed Nurse. I have degenerative disc and joint issues & post piriformis muscle release sciatic nerve pressure consistently. I was told five years ago I could never work in my profession again. Comment:
Side effects include loss of consciousness. On a walk I felt dizzy. Briefly rested; resumed the walk. I loss consciousness, fell and severely broke my nose, bruised my head.

Comment:
Everyone says you need at least 300mg then increases over time. It turned me into a zombie. 100mg prn actually works well. besides only 60% is absorbed with 300mg doses.

Comment:
I take this in combination with tramadol. Keeps my autheritis under control.also helps my nerve damage from carpal tunnel. Even after surgery, I still have tingling and numbness in my left hand.
