I started taking this about a year and a half ago because my hair, which has been thinning since I was in my 20s, was finally thin enough to be noticeable. The most noticeable effects have been that my hair does not fall out as much, whether in the shower or styling, and my nails grow like crazy. I've always had problems with my nails - they were prone to splitting and breaking, so I was nev ... Show Full Comment

I've always had thick beautiful hair. however, recently i began taking hormone replacement therapy for menopause. immediately i began to lose clumps of hair with every combing. A pharmacist recommended this product to me and i have not been happier. Although I've only taken the product for two weeks, i can see a significant difference. My hair is stronger and thicker. My dermatologist told me to take this after I experienced extreme hair loss which resulted in me wearing a wig for 7 months. My once straight hair is much thicker and for some reason is very curly. The doctor thought I had on a new wig. I will never stop taking it.

I am taking this product for thinning hair. To my surprise I can tell a difference with a four week use! Hair appears to be thicker, hopefully it is thicker. My hair has grown enough I can tell. Looks wonderful and will continue taking from now own.
