Since my initial 2 week dosage, I am taking one 1mg pill at night and sleep about 6 hrs in a row which is better than I have slept for years. I haven't had to take any pills through the day until today when I let myself get anxious over work and family matters.

I take it for panic attacks. I take it as needed. I still have panic attacks about three times a week, however they don't last as long as they used to now that I am taking this medicine
