I am a 22 year old female and am on my first pack of this birth control. Both my family and boyfriend have notices mood changes in me like snapping and getting angry, which it out of character for me! Also, I am extremely constipated and have trouble using the restroom. I've noticed a darkening of my urine (which is a listed side effect), so I plan on calling my doctor this week about it.

While this pill is effective and easy to use, I have noticed random mood swings that are out of character for me, increased fatigue, and some hair loss. I think it has definitely had an effect on my general mood and I'm looking into switching ASAP.

I took this for about 2 years, it was my first birth control. And for the first year or so everything was fine. But more recently i have noticed my moods a week or two before my period are awful. This pill has been working fine for me, except I noticed a sudden hair loss without any explanation. Used it for 6-7 months and now loosing hair for about 2-3 months. Wonder if anyone else has the same problem on this pill. I am going to do some more research and considering switching back to my previous pill. Some of the side effects of this pill actually do say is hair loss:(
