I started Wellbutrin XL 150 for 4 days then went up to 300. Within a week I found it was working and now, 3 weeks later it has done wonders for my moods. I was very crabby to my husband and daughters and didnt really want anything to do with them. Now Im happy most of the time and more relaxed at home so I can enjoy my family. wellbutrin does not have the anti-orgasm effect that Lexapro has on me. That's why i switched from lexapro to it. But, Wellbutrin causes me to have contstipation. The constipation caused me to have severe diareha when I used dolcolax which landed me in the ER. And during that stay I was diagnosed with ischemic colitis, which may be caused by as many as 20 things or more, but in my case is like ... Show Full Comment

Wellbutrin Works well, but I have to take a second antidepressant with it now (After many years of just wellbutrin.)

I am breaking out with hives. Even with Benadryl at night I wake up with swollen face and eyes. Love the clarity of Wellbutrin and how easy it is to take it ! Have not started taking more !
