Used Percocet 5/325 for post-operative pain from nasal/sinus surgery. Great analgesic response with few side effects. The duration of action was only 3-4 hours on me.

I severed the tendon in my left pinky stripping copper wire one night. I was given percocet for the pain after I was given 12 stitches to put my finger back together. Instead of getting drowsy and falling asleep. Percocet actually kept me awake most of the night and did not help much with the pain.
