Causes nausea within 30 minutes that lasted several hours. The only thing I could do to help ease the nausea was to take a small amount of phenergan.

i was having instep cramps,hand cramps and to reach up and get something I would have muscles under my shoulder crampup really allover,so far 1 foot cramp in 6 days so it is better

I find it not a pleasant taste in mixing with orange juice. Also, I've heard it makes tingling in your fingers.
