I read what a neurologist and migraine expert recommended for migraine prevention so today I am trying it. Take 500mg Magnesium, 400 mg. of B-2 (riboflavin) and 150 mg. CoQ10. After about 5 hrs. I am feeling so calm, yet alert, and best of all, no migraine! I had tried hypertensive med Atenolol and Inderal, both of which were unacceptable. Stay tuned for more positive results!(I'm also a nurse.)

I started to have night blindness,so ophtalmologist prescribed me Vit.A 30 000 IU together with B2 100 mg ,Vit.B3 50 mg and Vit.E 100 IU for 10 days . I am on a day 6th and my vision significantly improved,I can see clearly letters in the phone,it is not blurry anymore and i dont have photophobia.

Started using 400 mg fo magnesium oxide with 300 mg vitamin b-2 every day (100 mg in a vit b complex pill). Headaches lessened so I gradually decreased topiramine and Indocin and am completely off both meds and still no headaches. Recommended by a pharmacist in Portland, OR at PPS mail order pharmacy. Also recommended acupuncture, but no need since headaches are gone.

For years I would get severe alergic headaches every time that I ate chocolate, cinnamon, and blueberries. I saw that vitamin B-2 would help chocolate allergies. I took 100 mg perday for 30 days and then tried chocolate. To my delight, there was no headache. Causiously, I then tried cinnamon and then blueberries. I no longer get headaches from any of these food. I still take the vitamin B-2 occasionly.

I have suffered from severe migraines for many years, and even have prescription medications that do not stop my migraines. I was tired of the headaches that always turned into strong, painful migraines. I finally decided to try b-2 and have had great results as long as I take it when my headaches are coming on. The B-2 has helped make my migraine pain decrease, made the migraine even tolerable and it has also made mine go away at times.
