I have read most of the reviews and I just have to say this. The generic is working fine for me. But then I do not just have severe Asthma I also have emphysema. I take advair 50/500 spiriva and the singulair. I use a rescue inhaler and I also use albuteral in my nebulizer every 4 hours. If the generic is not working for you talk to your DR. I have had a good experience with singular. I agree with all other reviews in that the generic does not work, so I pay extra for brand and have requested that my prescriptions only specify brand. I take it for long periods of time. The longest is for 6 months. I would like to know if anyone has liver issues. I recently was told my liver enzymes were high. I have tried it several different times; never has done anything. I think it actually has kept me awake at night also.

This medication has worked the best for me, the OTC medication just was not strong enough. This is perfect for my needs!
