First dose at 1PM, hurt eye immediately; second dose at 5PM, hurt much worse, not sure it was supposed to relieve red but it did not, only got worse. Called and have another med to be picked up (don't have drops yet so not sure what the product is) but found this feedback helpful. Seldom do you find an eye product that produces pain rather than relieves pain.

Day three and my eyes are worse. It feels like there is glass in them. I will need to go back in or call tomorrow.
