I use it several times a week for heel pain. I use gloves to apply it and I immediately wash my hands with soapy water. I often run after applying it and I get sweaty or rained on so very wet. It feels warm at the point but feels good. Be careful using this product and I think you will like it.

I put this cream on my neck, because it was sore from football practice. It made my neck burn painfully and turn red. It has been almost an hour and it is still burning. Do not use this cream.

Knees needing replaced. Pain so bad can't touch the skin. Capzasin stopped that pain on contact. No issues. Fantastic applicator too. Tired of getting all that gel and cream on my hands. First time use today.
