This article doesn’t mention anything about HRT for trans women, shame on you. Been using this for 5 years and it works well, way better for me than the pill.

Ive been on this for the past three months and LOVE IT! Pills didnt work for me and had reactions to patches and inserts. It has not only made my life different as far as the evil symptoms after my hysterectomy lol...Its brought back my sex life from years ago, if not better than ever. Im also loosing weight on it. My doc has mentioned going up to the highest dose which for me would be 40mg biweekly but I dont want to push it. So for now ill stick to my 20mg biweekly. Im still having slight vaginal itching but not near as bad as it had been. This is my miracle drug by far!! Interested to know if anyone else is on the 40mg biweekly.......Read More Read Less

I had to have a full Hysterectomy when I was 31yrs old. Doctors tried me on Premarin pills but they gave me terrible Migraine headaches every day. The Doctor then switched me to the Delestrogen shots once a month. I have been on them for over 30yrs with no side effects. Now the Pharmacist in my town says you can't buy it anymore! What are you suppose to do when nothing else works. Why fix something that isn't broken??? I swear by this medicine..

I have been on this for 3 months now and am a new women! After trying many meds that my body couldn't process, this worked for me. Praise God. My husband, family, and all who know me are glad too! The side effects I have noticed are some breast tenderness and now some swelling in my ankles. Other than that all is well and I'm very greatful.

I have been uesing this med for about seven months now due to haveing to have a complete hyst erectomy and opherectomy at the age of eight teen. Tried the pills, patches and creams with no success. Now just after seven months of use I now have had significant breast development and have started puberty. Albeit thirty years late. I have had no side effects to speak of except the first few months I had some breast tenderness. To me this drug in this form has been a live saver for me and others who are in my same situation, who werent going though puberty as they were spose to, Besides the breast growth I now have a very healthy sex drive, and it also help with your quality of lifeRead More Read Less

1st Debra you will know when it is time to quit taking this med. Usually around the time you turn 50 or so you will want to start weening yourself slowly off. I had my uterus and ovaries removed when I was 24 and have been on the shots for 26 yrs now and this med has been a God send to me and my family. I am in control of my body 100%. But now that I am getting older I have notice I have been able to skip a month or 2 and I have reduced the amount I give my self and am getting along just fine.

I am not sure how long or what age I should take it. Do you know at what age I should stop taking it? Or do I take it for the rest of my life? Thank you for this medication.
