My flare-ups are food related, occurring about once a year, or less. I watch what I eat, but today, I'm on my 2nd 20mg tablet. The ones I have left are six years old, long expired, and so far, not helping too much. I'll see the doc tomorrow for a new prescription. I've had this prob 50 years, and this med has helped most of all.
