Hello! I am the man who first started taking the medicine only a few days ago (in a different post that you can read on here). I promised myself that I would get back to this website and write about how I am doing now that I have been taking this medicine for around 6 months now. I originally went from 1 1/2cc every 2 weeks to 2 1/2 cc every 2 weeks. I am feeling GREAT. My wife has noticed tha...

Have been injecting 200 every 2 weeks now for the last 2 years due to Low T. When first started, everything "kicked back in". However, now I have no sex drive, terrible workouts, depression, anxiety, and my testicles are all but gone. Doctor says I can never stop now. Quality of life at 47 sucks, can't imagine how bad it will be at 50. Wife is not happy, but still trying to work with me. Have tried upping the dose once, but blood levels were not good so we backed it down again. Feeling lost, and really want to stop with the injections.Read More Read Less

I have been on the med for 5 years. It works most of the time except I still have low t unless I do an injection weekly. The injections are painful and leave my leg in pain for about three days. It works if you use it and it helps with depression muscle fatigue, weight gain etc. it's just getting past having to do injections for the rest of ones life. Not fun. I'm going to switch to the topical gels.

I take 200mg once a week to treat my low T. I have increased energy, libido, and have made substantial gains in the gym. I feel like more people would get benefits if they took an appropriate dose such as 150-200mg once per week.

I started treatment for hypogonadism almost 2 years ago now. Initially I used Androgel and it boosted my levels from ~300 to ~450, not much of a boost numbers wise, but I felt amazing and had loads of energy. Since switching to cypionate injections (200mg/2wks) for insurance reasons my levels have gone to ~900, but I have noticeably less energy and motivation. I saw PCP last week and he prescribed an SSRI (Paxil), which I am wary about taking right now because I am not sure if the decrease in energy is due to stress, which I have had a lot of recently, and maybe I just need some rest. I'm not opposed to Paxil, I just try to avoid taking unnecessary medication.Read More Read Less

WOW! This drug has made a great difference. I started with the Gel, but my insurance quit covering the cost, so I switched to injection which seems to work much better. I have more energy and I have lost 30 lbs and have maintained the weight loss. My body is much leaner with occasional exercise and yard work.

I used a combination of this medication and testosterone enanthate at 200 mg per 4 weeks for about 8 years. I found this product very effective and noticed changes in energy during each 2-week period. I prefer someone else administering it over doing it myself.

Just started injections 4 days ago 200mg every 2 weeks but im asking doctor to inject 100mg every week to maintain levels. Im feeling pretty good but its early. I workout almost everyday and it feels like my endurance has been a lot better in the gym. I know its early but I never take any medication for anything unless I really need to. When I do my body takes to it fast and works very well. Ill update in a few weeks.

I have been injecting this for 7 weeks with no changes other than a slight sensation with my libido but no hardness results. It may have helped with energy but its not noticeable.

Was hoping for more sex drive. Seems I'm still bordering on ED. Erections not lasting very long without constant stimulation.

Okay so a lot of good this med has done for me! I will admit that I have more energy and I'm faster on my feet and this is good for what I do. I look at woman differently, also more horny then I have have been in my life. I'm able to get stuff done and still have focus and energy for more tasks. I noticed my voice deepening within about a 4 days after my first dose. I sleep deeper now. So far my blood count is fine was below normal before anyways. I would recommend getting on a one a day vitamin before this med. Save about 8 hours of sleep for your body to get used to this med for the first 3 months! As for the dreaded dip i have only had one bad drop so far and I take 2 shots a month. that seems to even it out more. **********ATTENTION/WARNING********* However a few things to note... 1-DO NOT USE INJECTIONS IF YOU HAVE HAVE IBS/Sensitive stomach. This type of med works within you stomach. A poop a day to sometimes 4-5 and the urgency is scary! The reason this takes place is due to the OIL that the Cypanate is made of. For some reason I just don't do well with it. This is a DEAL BEAKER FOR me. There is also not enough paper in the bathroom for this, so better get some wipes. I will be going to GEL/Patches soon. 2-STRONG URGE TO STRETCH!! 3- THIS MEDICATION changes how your body uses insulin/sugar. WATCH YOUR SELF WITH THIS ONE, EVEN IF YOUR NOT DIABETIC! 4- DO NOT TAKE THIS IF YOU HAVE HEART PROBLEMS!!! I don't have any, other then a racing heart rate once and a blue moon, now I have it happen at least 2/3 times a week now. I guess the racing heart rate is normal and over time will even out... been six months? 5- Warmth in your leg.(TELL YOUR DOC IF YOU HAVE THIS NOW!) It was first in my knee's not sure what but I told my doc. He said to keep a eye on it. It has something to do with deep vein thrombosis... 6- If you have a temper now... go to classes... trust me as this will add gas to the fire in your anger.Read More Read Less

I started with this drug at the age of 35 and now I am 41. Overall, it has been a good medication and effects have been good. After 6 years, the red blood cell count has increased. But every other lab test is fine. The only minor thing is that the doctor wants me to go to her office every six months to have my prostate exam done as this drug could potentially cause the prostate to enlarge I guess.

Cancer patient, left testicle - surgically removed / radiation therapy. Dexascan showed osteopenia in lower back and left hip (radiation areas). I went years feeling "not quite myself," low energy, lagging libido, moody, etc. Dr. ordered T check, my total free was 165. Currently taking 0.4ml (200mg) per weekly injection. Results have been FANTASTIC. Bone density in spine and hip greatly improved. Get yourself checked and I highly recommend taking one shot per week versus every 2,3 or 4 weeks to avoid "trough" or "slump." Injection is definitely the way to go. This therapy is (to me) definitely worth any associated (miniscule) hassle or side effect. Follow your Dr.'s orders. Take only as prescribed. I feel like "myself" again... Read More Read Less

I noticed a significant difference in my exercise recovery. I was tested and my T-levels were 170. The drug works well and my levels are now 400ng. My sleep has improved tremendously. My blood, however, is getting thicker.

Lost 50 pounds, now have 6 pack, ran 4 marathons this year at 230 lbs. Roid-rage first two days after injection. Helps in the gym, noticeable difference. Get blood checked every 6 months for hemoglobin and hemocrit levels increasing to prevent stroke and PSA levels for prostate cancer, main side effects.

Pros: Restores libido (big time) and sense of well being, eliminates love handles and adds muscle mass. Cons: Morning wood. Back acne (successfully treated with prescription topicals). Hair growth on groin, legs, bum, chest, etc. I highly recommend this treatment.
