I have been taking this medication for 1 month, 12 lbs lost and I am very happy with the results so far. I don't have an exact exercise routine but i do go to the gym 4 days out of the week, each day for 1 hour. I work on my arms and go on the bike at the gym. The only side effects I have experienced are excessive sweating and dry mouth.

The 2nd month the thirst will ease up at least it did for me. I was told from my Dietitian to do a high protein, low carb diet. Plus take a vitamin daily. Also to drink lots of water. I was also told not ... Show Full Comment
