After trying just about every over the counter cream pain relief, a friend suggested that I try this one. It has saved me from a lot of miserable nights. Starting at my spine, down to my hip and all the way to my foot. It aches, throbs and hurts so badly that I can not stand it. I rub it in and it works quickly. Do not get it on tender skin like the stomach because it will burn. However, I...

I also had burning. Skin turned bright red. The medication had no warning on the bottle. They really should take it off the market. Terrible

I have been using this product for about two weeks. I purchased it from Wal-greens. You have to be careful when using it and only use a little (I purchased the roll-on). It stated that you will have a red sensation for about two days in the beginning and I did. The key is to use sparingly and you can use cooking oil to get it off your hands. I my case it does work.

OMG! This product needs better use instructions! A Skull & Crossbones should be on warning label! On top of it all there is no advise if you get a reation! I have been reading up on this, since my horrific experience I had last night. It wasn't until I found the root, primary ingredient is chili! Warn against using water to soothe! You need milk! That was the only thing that finally calmed down the heat on my legs, the only thing missing was the visual, and physical fire! I have found tons of reviews expressing the same thing, "Heat with NO relief" "MILK" Read More Read Less

I have spent my life keeping covered to prevent sunburn, then I applied the prescription form of Capsaicin, 0.075% Trixaicin and thought my shoulder was going to burn off! My arm is red and burning as I write this. I now have two tubes of the ointment from hell that is going to rot. Never again! As others have said, there should be warnings all over this product!

I have terrible knee arthritis and torn cartilage. I used the roll-on and it alleviated my pain better than anything else I have tried, including sleeves, rubs, naproxen, Tylenol, glucosamine. This stuff is awesome!

Please be cautious with this medicine! After being told by my doctor to use it, I rubbed a small amount on my elbow for nerve pain following a surgery 2 months ago. within 3 minutes it was burning beyond belief and I quickly got it under cool water and washed it off. It became inflamed and beefy red. Then put an ice pack on it and called the doctor. It took hours to calm down it was so intense. I don't think this product should randomly be recommended to anyone without a very small skin patch test first. I've never had such a severe reaction to any top of topical cream in the past either.Read More Read Less

Almost immediately started feeling a burning sensation. I washed my hands very well after applying the cream, hours later, I wiped my eye because it was itching and boy did my eye burn. my eye watered for at least five minutes, like if I was crying, even when I flushed it with water. my shoulder felt like it was on fire for about three hours after application, slowly, very slowly did the burning sensation subside.

I have used this cream for the last six months four times a day it has allowed me to walk and kneel down without pain in my knees it was a little warm for the first few days it was definitely worth it, do not apply to much just the size of a small garden pea to each knee and use only the tips of two your fingers not the full hand this cram should not be used as if you are putting baby oil on or the like of.

When I first put it on, it only burned a little (similar to menthol creams), then stopped, so I put it all over my strained neck. When I exercised the next day (started to sweat) it started to burn again, but this time, it was extremely severe. It's been 6 hrs and still hasn't diminished. I tried washing with detergent (as recommended on the box) and with some milk (which felt good because it was cold), but nothing has helped. I am also developing a bad headache (probably due to being this uncomfortable all day). Definitely be careful if you try this!! The side effects last a really long time!! Read More Read Less

I am an RN with lots of neck pain. Used this product on recommendation if pharmacist on my tight muscles. The only reason I am not in the ER is BC I have most everything here to treat the side effects. Worst burning I have ever experienced!!! Tried removing according to directions it has made it worse! I have coated my skin with topical lidocaine, taken Benadryl & pain med! Needs to be removed from over the counter purchasing! I will tell everyoneU I know to stay away!

bought 3 hours the capsaicin cream, and it started burning right away, it was burning so bad that after 2 hours I had to go to the emergency room.I just got home with a bag of ice, they gave me benadril in the hospital and told to wait 24hours to go away this burning sensation.I never felt so much pain like right now, its the same sensation when you burn your finger or hand in a pot with hot oil.The doctor in the emergency room described this medication like " having a hot peper in our mouth for 24 hours". AVOID THIS MEDICATION if we can call this "thing" medicationRead More Read Less
