I have just started this medication. Over all i am satisfied. Started at 248 one week later i am at 238. Will update in a week or so.

I am wondering if anyone else had pinching in their heart while taking this, and my face and neck continue to be red, and very warm at times. I'm nervous they will take me off it it. I have not weighed my self, but I have been eating more protein, less carbs and drinking a lot of water. I am taking vitamin B- complex, vitamin D and Fish oil along with my Synthroid. I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) and for those of you reading this who don't know what that is, it is an endocrine disorder. I have a permanent imbalance of hormones and insulin resistance. I am prone to weight gain and have a harder time losing weight as well as being more at risk for type 2 diabetes and heart disease. My doctor prescribed PHEN for me back in January 2015. I am 5' ... I'm 46 and obese. According to those wall charts in doctor offices. It was depressing that nothing was working for me to lose weight. I need to lose 40 pounds to ward off diabetes which is rampant on both parents sides. Plus I'm tired of being tired. I have not noticed mood issues yet. But, I just started this a week ago.
