I have been on this medication for the almost 2 months now. I have been stuck at a 16 pound weight loss for 3 weeks now. I'm not complaining since I have not gained any back. I started working out so hopefully I will start losing again. I am kind of disappointed since in the 1st month I lost 16 pounds. I'll keep everyone posted. Good luck to all. =)

For me, this medication is great for 4-5 days then decreases in effectiveness. I have more energy, but unfortunately it seems to peak when I should be sleeping. A little jittery and always thirsty.
