I have taken phentermine 37.5 mg 1/day for two and a half months now. I've also joined Weight Watchers Online for assistance in eating healthy. I've lost 29 pounds so far. During the first couple of weeks, my blood pressure was elevated and I was a little shaky. That resided and now my blood pressure is a perfect 120/75. I have much of energy throughout the day and feel more alert as well. ... Show Full Comment

I have been on this medication for the almost 2 months now. I have been stuck at a 16 pound weight loss for 3 weeks now. I'm not complaining since I have not gained any back. I started working out so hopefully I will start losing again. I am kind of disappointed since in the 1st month I lost 16 pounds. I'll keep everyone posted. Good luck to all. =)
