It worked for me 6 years ago as well! It takes the pain away immediately and soothes. It must be applied 4 times per day or as directed by your Dr. If you are really hurting or blistering up, your Dr. has probably offerred it to you. If not, it certainly would not hurt to ask if it might help your particular condition! Radiation Therapy is very hard on the body and we have little to use for the pain. Oral pain pills do not help me! So I am very grateful that my Radiation Oncologist introduced this medication to me! It has made life a bit easier!!
