I took my first dose today. I had sevre jitters, I had to take a klonapin to calm down. I had no ENERGY! Thank GOD I bought it at GNC store cause they give FULL REFUNDS! I paid 52.00 dollars a bottle. I bought 2 bottles, that I will probally be taking back.

I started this medication at 1 pill per day an hour before breakfast and I do not notice a change,except the 1st day, I was a little hyper at first. I am not sure what the dosage is, but it says 345 mg total. Is this the 37.5mg pill? Te bottle also says I should take 1-2 in the morning and 1 after lunch, but I thought I was only supposed to take 1 a day?

i have one week on the 30 mg and so far i lost 12 puonds and going to my 2 week it give me alot of energy put since i can't walk with out my cane it seems alittle hard to adjust

I have been on the 30 mg. dosage once a day for a week now and have lost 8 lbs. in a week with reduced calorie diet & exercise! Wonderful in helping control hunger pains!

at first the recommneded dosage was a little strong for me. But i spoke to my doctor and then lowered my prescription. I t really does work at least for me anyway. I lost 7 pds!
