After being off cyclogyl for a short period I went back on it. I had previously been using it for 6 months for malignant glaucoma - then off it for a week. Within 2 days of going back on it I experienced opsoclonus. Because I was not attributing the opsoclonus to the medication, I continued the medication for 6 weeks until just prior to my next doctor appointment. As prescribed, I stopped using the drops 2 days before the doctor appointment and within 48 hours the opsoclonus was gone. It may have been a coincidence or not that opsoclonus began within 48 hours of re-starting the drops and stopped within 48 hours of ceasing the drops. No-one seems to know.Read More Read Less
