    I have been using this medication (10/500 tds) now for a few years for sever chronic lower back pain. Yep, it can be addictive (if you let it become so)! At first, it used to cause minor confusion and some difficulty in general thinking ability however, over the long run, it has greatly improved my quality of life.     I was on this medication for a pulled tooth and I had told the doctor that I was allergic to codone, well hr prescribed it anyway. I used to be very addicted to pain pills about a year ago. So in response to the blog below please be very careful how you use this drug. Only take as needed and dont take more than recommened.
