I am an obese woman who tends to get rashes under belly roll due to moisture and have used this cream on other occassions. I am currently using it for a real bad rash and I am on day 12 of two weeks prescribed by doctor and rash is mostly gone- just a little redness in one spot left.

The reviews are ineffective; since, they are not organized acording to category; i.e., area of body affected. Few respondents in the area of anti-fungal/groan. Have administered the topical creme medicine which seens counter-intuitive. Fungus prefer moist environs. Seemed to do better with Tolfanate dry powder which alleviated the itch, but slight smell persists. Clotrimazole isn't killing it 100%...
