I lost my insurance after 10 years of taking Neoral I was put on Gengraf, I feel my body does not agree with it as well as the Neoral did. I have lots of joint and muscle pain constantly I have no idea if this is from the Gengraf

I do not take this medication. I know someone who does. This is a kid and his parents have been giving his this medication which is at least 3 years expired. What does this do? Do I need to do something about it? someone please respond.

My son has been on Gengraf since his heart transplant at 2 weeks old. Once we got the dosing right, all visible side effects (hair growth, excess skin oils, acne, etc.) went away. BE VERY CAREFUL IN CHECKING YOUR REFILLS. All cyclosporine are not created equal and you need to make sure you are getting Gengraf if that is what you're prescribed. We had this issue with a local pharmacy giving us Neoral instead of Gengraf. Together with CellCept, this has successfully prevented all rejection for my son.Read More Read Less

The drug seems to moderate bad dreams I have been having, the drug is greatfully used just for that use alone. Although i do wish I couldfigure out what is causing the dreams to begin with.

I recently had to switch to Gengraf from another Cyclosporine mod., is it common for this gengraf to start mouth and throat sores 2 months after using it?

I am a liver transplant received in dec 2002.2-3 months after surgery prescribed 100mg tabs twice/day...no side effects or rejection, healthy no colds or serious infections. Drug is expensive, but easy to take capsuls. I believe it raised my blood pressure and I take norvasc 5mg-i/day. All blood work usually normal
