I am 49 y/o and have suffered w/ this problem for 30 yrs. Aciphex is the ONLY drug that has worked for me. Very expensive. My insurance co. has just raised my deductible, but there isn't anything close to this product. I love it and have suggested to friends to talk to thier doctor about getting them on Aciphex also.

Terrible name. I'm glad to hear it works for many, but I wish they found a better name then one that sounds like special effects for your rear. "A** F/X". Not the best. Everyone that watches this commercial that I know has noticed this, especially if it's on in the background and they hear the name. Oh well, as long as it works it can be called anything.

I first took this product for a couple of years and then started having stomach problems. The doctor switched me to another medicine which I took for a year, but our new insurance company wouldn't pay for it, so I am back on aciphex and hoping that I do not develop more stomach problems.

Aciphex has worked better for me than any of the other GERD drugs I have tried. Its effectiveness hasn't decreased over time.

I have suffered from gerd for as long as I can remember. My doctor put me on Aciphex and this drug caused nothing but problems. It only helped my reflux a little bit. But the copay was expensive and it gave me side effects. I was nautious and had a very bad headache.

It is important for me to take this everyday. I find I have to take rolaids if I drink or eat one of the triggers. Besides for that, I could not live without this medication

Have had reflux for 20+yrs. Always depended on Pepcid but it quit working about 6 months ago. My Dr. put me on Nexium, which offered little relief. Then switched me to Aciphex and it has been a Godsend! After 4 weeks, my stomach was normal again. Little expensive but I have good insurance + they offer the $30 rebate.
