Mother started taking this 1 month ago and we see improvement in her alertness, cognitive and conversational skills. It does not stop disease progression, but nothing out there today does. However the benefit of being able to have better conversations in the present helps her connect with family and friends and this makes her happy. Also nice to get everything in 1 pill, because she has problems taking pills.

This medication is a placebo... it does nothing to stop the progression of the disease. It's just the pharmaceutical companies trying to make money... worthless

I am recently diagnosed in the past 6 months with Alzheimer's. I am not certain whether it slowed symptoms. I am certainly having vivid dreams nightly - not nightmares. Some very entertaining in fact. I have had appetite and weight loss which have not been a huge problem yet since I am at a normal weight now but don't want to lose more. Will start clinical trial next month with aducanumab and see if that adds too many side effects.
