I awoke two hours after I went to sleep. The next two hours were hell. Throughout my body I felt my muscles were trying to pop out and overall I was aching from head to toe. At times I found my arms flaying all over. I finally got about four hours sleep and woke up with a hangover.

I have taken a Aleve pm. several times over the last several months . Each time that I took this medication I woke up constantly during the night afraid that I was choking and I go back to sleep but it happened so many times that I couldn't get a night of good sleep . I am really surprised since Aleve itself works very well for pain it just does not work for insomnia .
