I feel like my social anxiety has also improved. Prior to this I was on 150mg of Zoloft which made me gain weight and decreased my sex drive. The only downfall for me is an increase in overall anxiety. My k ... Show Full Comment

Started taking Brintellix 2 weeks ago. The first week I took 5mg and the second week I went to 10mg. On the second day, I felt a restless leg syndrome/twitchiness throughout the night and thankfully it only occurred that once. Was on this medication for nine weeks. Had suicidal thoughts almost every day and my entire personality changed. Anger and the feeling of hopelessness everyday. It was the most horrible thing I have ever experienced.

So far so good. Have been on this medication for a couple of weeks now and have already felt a huge difference in my motivation, mood and energy level. I had a little itching, nausea, and dizziness the first week, but much better now. So we shall see...currently tapering off of Prozac and onto this at 10 mg.
