I've been on this pill for over a year. Like everyone else I was sad to see Loestrin go but had no choice but to convert. This pill has stopped me from getting pregnant but has not stopped the pregnant scares. This pill literally makes you feel pregnant. I have terrible periods that last maybe 4 days. They are normally extremely light however the cramps are horrid. I do believe this pill ei ... Show Full Comment

This medication was given to me as a sample when loestrin was discontinued. After having no problems with loestrin and loloestrin besides no period (which I don't really see as a problem to be honest), minastrin was a terrible change. I have gained weight and feel nauseas throughout the day. This is my third month of the pill samples and I have called to change my prescription.

I have been taking this medication for about 3 months. I have gained some weight and my breasts hurt often. I do like that my period has become lighter and shorter. I have had no issues with spotting between periods or having irregular periods. The medicine has also not caused any acne. However, aside from breast growth and tenderness, the biggest issue is sex. My sex drive is now completely ... Show Full Comment

I took this birth control for 3 months. The first month I had spotting and my period lasted over 2 weeks. After the first month my period was very regular and light, lasting only about 2-3 days. I used to have irregular periods. This pill made me very emotional. I would cry very easily over things that made me slightly happy or sad. I did not gain any weight and it helped control my acne. I switch ... Show Full Comment
