I have only used this medication for about one week. I started with only one tablet a day as I was a bit worried about insomnia and other side effects. I did not notice any significant decrease in my appetite so I increased the dose to what the doctor recommended of twice per day. Again, I did not notice any significant decrease in my appetite. After about a week I noticed some chest pain and stopped taking the medication.

I took Regimax for about 3 weeks. I had no decreased appetite. I have tried so many prescription meds from Adipex, a compound script,Belviq, and many others that doesn't help. I'm a 38 yr old. I'm 4'11 and 166lbs. I walk 5 days a week and play tennis w husband and kids. I'm hypothyroid. Levels were 1.2. The doctor upped the thyroid meds and also prescribed me Leothyonine. I'm just solo tired of taking meds and not losing the weight.

This product works. This medication helps me control my appetite. I am very happy with the results so far.

I have not been taking this medication long but honestly I cannot tell that I'm even taking anything. No Jitters, No insomnia but also no decreased appetite either. I was never an overeater just needed to feel full sooner I guess but I'm still hungry at least 3 times a day which is no different than before. The only side effect I've had is constant diarrhea which I suppose will be where the weight loss comes from. :/ I took Adipex years ago and I can tell you do not expect the same energy/speed effect as Adipex gives, it's not the same.Read More Read Less

Im a physician and absolutely love this drug. I am taking it, do not feel jittery , and have had great weight loss results here in Mississippi where we need the help the most.....well tolerated and no side effects so fat.
