I find this combivent easier to use and it seems to work better. I'm glad I changed.

DOES NOT WORK, positively NOT A RESCUE MEDICINE, TAKES TWICE AS MUCH TO GET THROUGH THE MONTH WHICH COSTS TWICE AS MUCH MONEY, AND IS TOTALLY USELESS.

I have been using this inhaler 2 weeks. I do not believe I primed 5 or 6 times prior to use but only 4 times and my chest hurt me. Over a few days it felt like it worked a bit better however my eyes are burning and I do not wear contacts. I am very tired and sometimes confused more that usual. I sometimes feel nausated... I'm actually drinking a 7-up right now to burp after putting in eyes drops for burning eyes. My thoughts are to return to the Old Form of Inhaler as I still have some remaining to see if I feel better. It's a way for me to determine if the new is making me sick or something else is happening. I'll report back.... One thing for sure.... Prime at least 5 or 6 times otherwise you are not getting medicine. Since this is my Emergency Inhaler I wonder what I will end up with if I can't take this. Read More Read Less

I follow the directions exactly, but find the inhaler to deliver too forceful (or strong) a dose, resulting in an inability to inhale enough of the medication to be of usefulness. I immediately cough out what little I was able to inhale.

I waste a lot of this new devise for Combivent as it make me cough when trying to use it, I believe it needs a spacer. Really, what is the use of needing a dose of this and on inhalation you cough it all out. It seems too strong of a force. I have used a spacer when I am at home, but how handy is that when you are on the go and need to carry a large spacer with you? I want the old Combivent back!!!!

I just opened my first one, primed it. On several occasions when I turn the base it dispenses a dose. Hopefully the replacement unit I ggot will do better.

I have used the combivent aerosol for years, this new combivent is junk, something is wrong when I can buy suntan in an aerosol can, but I can't get breathing medicine that works anymore...more government stupidity.

I had been taking combivent inhaler for over 8 years for copd. I used inhaler 4 x daily using about 3 puffs. I then was given combivent respimat for use once daily. It did nothing for my , gave me racing heart and heavy chest. I called doc and he changed med. Something that I had used and relied on for 8 years is gone. I don't particularly care for the replacement either. I really do not understand how the little usage could bother the atmosphere. give me a breathing break. I still do not know how this will work out. I have not been breathing the same for the past month. Hate it!!!!!Read More Read Less
