Comment:
My mind constantly races when I try to go to sleep. Many nights I get by on just 3 or 4 hours of sleep. Decided to try zzzquil. Have taken two tablets each night for the last three nights, each time between 11 and midnight. Has helped at all. In fact, the only effect it has had on me is pins and needles in my feel and legs. Time to discontinue the use.

I sleep really better now. Even when I get up to use the bathroom I fall back to sleep quickly. I only use half the little cup they provide. Can't sleep through the night without zquill. I do recommend.

Takes a few hours to kick in, but when it does I sleep throughout the night instead of waking up every hour. I used to wake up to pee and end up not being able to go back to sleep but since I have started this I can pee and go right back to sleep.
