Well... After using this product for three days - I start having real bad dizziness. I ended in the ER with a very bad case vertigo. I don't know for sure if it was because of suing this product I stops using the product and the vertigo went away.

I've been using 30 ml from the past 3 nights and this product does not help me sleep at all. Don't waste your money. People have reported feeling dizzy and having awkward dreams but nothing like that was experienced by me. It's just grape juice if u want to call it.

You can save approximately 50% off the name brand price by buying generic DIPHENHYDRAMINE under the Target, Walgreen's, CVS, etc label. They are IDENTICAL. Likewise, Motrin and Advil are Ibuprofen. Tylenol is acetaminophen. Aleve is N ... Show Full Comment

I am sorry, but a piece of crap. It is a bugger to open the "blister pack". By the time I get it open, then I am tired. Did not help me sleep, did not relax me, did not give me a good sleep thru the night. Sorry, but I have trusted Vicks for many years, but you really "Bombed" on this one. Once again, a lousy (crap) product.

Not really sure what to think. The first night I picked it up I took the reccomended 2 capsules and was out like a light in no time. I slept from 11pm to 3pm and felt like I was in a horrible haze all the next day. Second day took me a bit longer to fall asleep and was feeling a bit restless and again way over-slept and felt groggy. Now it's 7am after the 3rd try and I have not gotten a min ...
