Unlike other medicines I've taken, this one did not leave me feeling indifferent or scattered. No libido problems, no acne problems, no concentration problems, no bowel problems. I feel "normal" for the first time in years with the ability to have healthy levels of emotions, both happy and sad and angry (without falling into severe depression afterwards as I do without the medicatio ... I have been on this medication for 26 days and have never been this depressed or had suicidal thoughts before. This is a terrible medication and should never have been placed on the market.

This drug is poison. It should be taken off the market. I have taken SSRI's for years, and have never taken a drug that causes this many serious side effects, side effects that no other SSRI ever caused. Near uncontrollable anger, irritability, rapid heart rate, irregular heart beat, a feeling of impending doom, anxiety attacks, sleep disturbances, terrifying, anger filled dreams that are hard ... I've taken Viibryd now for four months. Once I was on 40mg for a few weeks I experienced angry outbursts which scared me so I dropped back to 30mg. Still feeling oddly I again dropped the dosage to 20mg and now I feel great. Back to my happy and grounded self. No weight gain at all. Some occasional goofy dreams but nothing intolerable. I love this med.

Comment:
This drug caused me to have a psychotic bad trip while taking it, and it lasted FOUR hours!! I never want to experience anything like that again, the rest of my life! My doctor should have NEVER prescribed this for me, after I told her that my reactions to most drugs are a negative experience.
