I started on the 10 mg, but I was okay for about eight hours. Then I started taking 20 mg after the first week; they'd make me feel better for about twelve hours. Some days I wouldn't want to get out of bed, eat, or go to school. I now take the 40 mg; I have yet to face any problems with starting my day. The worst side effect I have/had with this medication is serve dizziness when I forget ... Show Full Comment

I read these are some of the side effects but in no way did I think it would be this bad. ... Show Full Comment

52 years of depression and anxiety--agoraphobia--every med on the market. Viibryd went to work by the third dose of 10 mg. No more suicidal thoughts from the third dose. Little anxiety in the evening--but I have night terrors, Energized and focused without being manic. Insomnia is a problem on 40 mg for me. Had to cut back to 20 mg some days and 10 mg other days depending on how I feel and wh ... Show Full Comment
